Our Transportation team designs and analyzes a transportation issue and creates a working solution. Transportation design incorporates making a working solution that is financially economical and structurally efficient with the quickest construction time that will benefit the community and people using it.

During the Fall, team members work on the design of possible solutions to the previous year's problem. Once we got our rules we collaborate on what the best decisions are based on the set of rules given each year. In the Spring, construction of the AutoDesk and Microstation begins, and then at PSWS they compete against other ASCE chapters of the Southwest region. At PSWS, the Transportation team will put together the presentation and present to a panel that is filled with members in the field.
