Los Angeles YMF and Orange County YMF

LA YMF and OC YMF both strive to provide essential values to develop future leaders and foster the growth of younger ASCE members in the Los Angeles and Orange County regions to better serve the public and the community. CSULB ASCE is part of both YMF groups and participates in their events. Look out for our future events with the LA and OC YMF!

OC YMF holds a variety of events and opportunities such as networking, career development, social activities, K-12 and university outreach. They hold an annual PE review course for the October PE Exam and Bi-monthly Speaker Series. For community outreach, we have Rebuilding Together, soup kitchen volunteers, high school visits, and the Popsicle Stick Bridge Competition to name a few.

LA YMF also holds various events like OC YMF. They also hold PE review courses, Student Night & Job Fair, and technical tour opportunities. For outreach, they participate in Habitat for Humanity, seismic lessons for K-12 schools, and help host the annual Engineers Week Extravaganza.

We are beyond grateful for the support both the LA and OC YMF provides for our chapter, and we can't wait to continue to be a part of both as ASCE CSULB Alumni in the future!
